Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Location: 28147 Area

Are you a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional with Apartment Maintenance Experience to join our team. This is an opportunity with a well-established property management company that offers long-term career growth and stability.

Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues
Perform apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new residents
Conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections
Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with residents
Assist with grounds maintenance and emergency on-call duties as needed

Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:

Apartment maintenance experience preferred
HVAC certification strongly preferred
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and painting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
