Physical Therapist - Edison, NJ

Join our team as a Physical Therapist, specializing in musculoskeletal conditions, in an outpatient setting. This full-time position is located in Edison, NJ, with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-7:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm. The role requires a strong understanding of patient care, compliance with New Jersey regulations, and proficiency in electronic health records.

Active, unrestricted New Jersey Physical Therapist license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Compliance with NJ Board of Physical Therapy Examiners continuing competency requirements. Completion of compliance training including HIPAA and coding integrity. No current or pending licensure discipline or exclusion from Medicare/Medicaid. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/transfer patients up to 50 lbs. Willingness to travel between Care Center locations within the network.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program. Preferred experience in outpatient orthopedic clinical settings; new graduates considered with mentorship. Experience in a physician-affiliated outpatient setting is a plus. Strong clinical reasoning across common outpatient musculoskeletal diagnoses. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with electronic health record documentation. Cultural competence and patient-centered communication skills.
