Senior Manager Operations - Remote

The Senior Manager- Operations for the Clinical and Revenue Cycle (CRCA) Business Office serves as a key participant with executive leaders in vendor management, contracting review/negotiation and financial management processes that support CRCA's technology and application portfolio. This role ensures that CRCA's vendor relationships, agreements, and financial workflows operate with clarity , accountability, and strategic alignment to organizational goals.

This position collaborates with IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement and CRCA stakeholders to support smooth operations and strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years in Health care, health system or consulting experience with a minimum of three to five year of experience in health insurance, clinically integrated network or ACO arrangements at a leadership level comparable to the Growth Manager position outlined in the job description.
  • Demonstrated experience in health care growth and/or business development with a record of successfully implementing initiatives to achieve outstanding results.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in entrepreneurial or start-up environments.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in an integrated health system similar to Providence Health & Services and have significant health plan, CIN or ACO experience.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in vendor management , including experience with contracting processes and/or proficient in financial processes to include budget development , and financial analysis to support operational and technologyrelated decisionmaking.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
