Your mission: As a preschool teacher, you'll be the spark that ignites a love of learning in young children! You'll create and lead interactive, hands-on educational experiences that keep kids excited and engaged. From developing unique lesson plans to celebrating those 'aha' moments, you'll be making a real difference in their lives—and loving every second of it!

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education (or related field).
• Gateways level 5 or PEL licensure.
• Previous experience working with preschoolers in a classroom setting.
• A deep understanding of early childhood development, and a passion for guiding little ones through their first learning milestones.
• Creativity and energy to bring an exciting curriculum and lesson plans to life in fun, hands-on ways!
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• The ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
• Knowledge and experience with early intervention is a plus!
