What You’ll Be Doing As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our members and guests feel right at home. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting members and visitors with a warm and professional attitude. Managing check-ins and providing information about our facilities and services. Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a helpful manner. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Assisting with membership sign-ups and account management. Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to keep the gym running smoothly. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A strong communicator with a professional demeanor. Comfortable using basic computer systems and handling administrative tasks.
