The role involves leading outpatient clinics, ensuring quality patient care, and fostering physician relationships. Responsibilities Grow the Home Modality Foster physician and surgeon relationships and oversee Home physician engagement for the region Partner with in‑center teams to deliver quality modality education for patients Support patient conversions and transitions to home dialysis Create strategic plans to overcome root cause analysis outcomes for losses Maintain and grow hospital partnerships as applicable Lead, inspire and motivate a group of registered nurses (RNs) and other staff Drive clinical outcomes by monitoring trend analysis and reporting to leadership Partner with leadership to develop corrective plans for quality issues and report progress Manage regional clinical responsibilities in collaboration with the Manager of Clinical Services Report financial and operational statuses to regional leadership Assist in creation of region‑level budgets for Home Modalities Work with Regional Operations Director and Facility Administrators to manage labor and scheduling Travel up to 50% within the local region Benefits Competitive total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out, and paid training Access to family resources, EAP counseling, Headspace, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, and more Requirements Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship‑building skills with ability to interact positively with physicians, nurses, regional operations directors, and facility administrators Ability to influence and understand multiple points of view to drive change Commitment to patient‑centered care Self‑starter with high initiative, urgency, and follow‑through Analytical skills to evaluate data and act on it Appetite for continuous improvement and innovation Associate’s degree required Preferred Qualifications Two to four years of healthcare management experience Experience with kidney dialysis and patient education Bachelor’s degree in a related area preferred We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and comply with all state and federal affirmative action requirements.
