Title: Part-Time Tax Accountant Company: Real Estate Industry Compensation: $25-28/hr (DOE) Job Description Tax Compliance Prepare and organize tax workpapers for federal, state, local, and joint venture filings. Maintain tax compliance schedules, trackers, and filing calendars. Assist with estimated payments, extensions, and tax-related payments. Organize tax records, supporting documentation, and process files. Track and process notices from taxing authorities. Support special projects and other tax-related tasks as needed. Documentation & Administration Maintain electronic files and supporting records. Update procedures, checklists, and tracking schedules. Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of tasks. Qualifications Education & Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
