The Vehicle Title Clerk plays a vital role in managing and processing vehicle titles and related documents. Working closely within a small team, this position ensures accurate data entry, verification, and record keeping to support efficient vehicle title operations. The role involves limited customer interaction and does not require physical travel for documentation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles accurately and timely
- Verify documents for completeness and correctness
- Perform data entry for title processing and record maintenance
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy document retrieval
- Communicate minimally with customers regarding title inquiries
- Conduct title research to resolve discrepancies or issues
- Support team efforts in managing title-related tasks
