Senior Network Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale network infrastructure solutions.
• Architect and optimize LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, data center, and cloud networking environments.
• Develop and enforce network architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
• Design and implement secure network solutions involving Firewalls , VPNs , IPSec , NAT , and ACLs .
• Lead network transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage and optimize routing and switching infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and network availability assessments.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide architectural guidance to engineering teams.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and network security initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Network Architecture and Enterprise Networking.
• Expertise in Routing and Switching technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Firewalls , VPN , IPSec , NAT , and Access Control Lists (ACLs) .
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
• Experience with network infrastructure design, deployment, and support.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Experience with Cisco networking solutions and enterprise-grade network environments.
• Ability to create high-level and low-level network design documentation.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification.
• Experience with SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), and network automation.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools.
• Exposure to Zero Trust Network Architecture and modern security frameworks.
