About the Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Aspire Senior Living Moberly, you will be responsible for administering medications, performing vital signs checks, and providing basic care services to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their physicians

• Perform vital signs checks, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

• Provide basic care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as toileting, feeding, and transferring

• Work closely with the nursing team to plan and implement care plans

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and medications

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
