We are searching for knowledgeable and resourceful recruiters to be part of our team as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters . More than just filling desks, this role serves as a launchpad where your abilities are amplified, providing exceptional recruiters with the technology, marketing, and operational support necessary to enhance outcomes and fortify your personal brand. You will oversee end-to-end placements, fostering robust client partnerships. With some of the most competitive commission structures in the industry, your rewards will reflect the genuine value you contribute. Your Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to successful closing.
- Serve as a Client Partner, grasping their hiring needs, challenges, and company culture.
- Engage in Strategic Sourcing with our proprietary CRM/ATS, alongside your network and our exclusive communications platform.
- Utilize Our Platform to streamline candidate management, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that yield enduring value for clients and maximize your earnings.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership as we enhance our brand - and yours.
- Comprehensive Tech Platform Access: Experience a unified interface combining CRM, ATS, and marketing communications - forget the hassle of juggling multiple tools!
- Personal Brand Development Support: Looking to elevate your personal brand? We assist in crafting recruiter landing pages, promotional campaigns, and other lead generation materials.
- Dedicated Recruiting Ops Assistance: Our team handles contracts, credentialing, compliance, and more - ensuring you have ample support.

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales
- A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape or a willingness to learn - we're here to guide you
- Ability to manage client relationships and close offers effectively
- Comfortable with ATS/CRM systems (training on our systems provided)
