Solvere Technical Group is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II - Legal to join our team in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities: Provides clerical and administrative support for the Military Legal office; Prepares correspondence, reports, and legal documents; Screens and directs calls and visitors; manages databases; Maintains office documentation; Researches administrative issues for military personnel and management Experience: 3 yrs experience in Military Administrative duties in a military legal office Familiarity with DOD/Navy directives, Military Personnel Manual, JAGMAN, and UCMJ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, SharePoint) Education: Associate's degree in a related field Security: NDA requirements BENEFITS Solvere offers a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
