- Conduct inspections and ensure quality in brazing welds and cab manufacturing.
- Provide training on welding operations and techniques, focusing on safety and efficiency.
- Develop training materials and curriculum for both in-person and online sessions.
- Utilize the ADDIE model for training development and demonstrate technical proficiency with tools like JDE2, Pierce Truck Builder, and ProPlanner.
- Facilitate high-voltage training sessions and support team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships with all team members.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Five years of welding experience with aluminum and steel.
- Current Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
- Ability to pass a weld test.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint).
- Ability to accurately read a ruler to the 1/32" of an inch.
- Experience with the arch welding process on MIG and aluminum.
