Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one companionship and support to clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in their favorite activities

• Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to our office staff

• Collaborate with our experienced team to create personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field (or willingness to learn and grow with our team)

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

• FBI and background clearances

Work Environment:

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience
