In this leadership role, you’ll oversee clinical quality, support our field clinicians, and ensure patients and families receive the highest standard of hospice care. What you’ll do Provide clinical leadership for a team of hospice nurses, aides, and other caregivers Oversee patient care planning, case conferences, and documentation Support clinicians with coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving in the field Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, hospice regulations, and best practices Collaborate closely with the Hospice Director, Medical Director, and IDG team Help drive a positive, supportive team culture that reflects The BAYADA Way What we’re looking for Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice 2+ years of hospice, home health, or related clinical experience (leadership/supervisory experience preferred) Strong clinical judgment and comfort making decisions that guide patient care Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, exempt leadership role. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm , with flexibility based on client and team needs. Participation in an on-call rotation as needed to support the team. Primarily office-based in North Bergen , NJ , with routine field visits for supervision, support, and quality oversight.
