Nurse Practitioner Benefits & Compensation Base salary plus bonus Monday through Thursday Schedule (Flex scheduling) Paid time off Professional Growth Nurse Practitioner Requirements & Qualifications Current, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other applicable certification) Current DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Minimum 1–2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience Pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, family medicine, urgent care, internal medicine, or related outpatient experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Nurse Practitioner Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, history, physical examination, and assessment of pain-related conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Manage follow-up care, monitor treatment response, and adjust plans Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing, imaging, and other clinical data Prescribe and manage medications Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff regarding treatment planning, procedures, and continuity of care Coordinate care with other disciplines, including Behavioral Health and Physical Therapy, when appropriate Maintain adherence to practice policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements JOB ID : 179136#post Tina Ludwig #J-18808-Ljbffr
