We develop and produce a full range of liquid and dry palatability enhancers using high-quality ingredients proven to optimize companion animal response and consumption.Job Description*** STARTING WAGE $20.00 + $1.50 night shift differential ***AFB International – Where We Make Pet Food Taste Great!Joining our team as a Manufacturing Technician I - Dry - B Crew, you will commit to:B Crew Shift Hours: 6 pm-6 am; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday.Prioritizing safety while setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain smooth operations.Conducting rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards.Accurately logging production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement.Packaging dry goods with precision and care.Collaborating closely with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift change, and equipment repair.Here’s why you will love working for AFB International:At AFB, Our People Matter—it’s the cornerstone of our culture.
