Housing Justice Case Manager - Skid Row
Downtown Women's Center
Downtown Women’s Center seeks a full-time Case Manager – Housing to provide intensive, culturally responsive case management for unhoused women in Skid Row. You will perform housing navigation, assessments, service planning, and linkage to health, benefits, and community resources. This role emphasizes Housing First and Rapid Re-Housing models, collaboration with city partners, and reporting to the Housing Justice Supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Downtown Women's Center
