Now Hiring: EEO Investigator – New York, NY (On-site) We are seeking an experienced EEO Investigator to join our client's team in New York, NY 10041 . Job Title: EEO Investigator Location: New York, NY 10041 (On-site) Start Date: August 24, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week) Pay Rate: $70–$73/hour Key Responsibilities: Conduct investigations into workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employment laws. Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses, and prepare detailed investigative reports. Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to support fair and compliant workplace practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (J.D. preferred). 4+ years of experience conducting EEO/workplace investigations. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employment laws. Excellent investigative, interviewing, analytical, and report-writing skills.
