Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare Employer: Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare Location: Marshalltown, Iowa Brief Job Description/Summary Prairie Ridge is seeking a Psychiatric ARNP/PMHNP to provide integrated behavioral healthcare services in an outpatient setting. This position offers no weekends, evenings, or on-call responsibilities. In-person candidates are preferred, though virtual opportunities may be considered for the right candidate licensed in Iowa. Job Duties Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services Develop and implement treatment plans for mental health and substance use disorders Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in coordinated care efforts with internal providers and community partners Utilize medication-assisted treatment approaches as appropriate Support whole-person, integrated behavioral healthcare services Participate in ACT Team services if working in-person, as applicable Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Current ARNP license in the State of Iowa PMHNP certification preferred Ability to prescribe in the State of Iowa Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment Proficiency with electronic health records and technology systems Supportive of Prairie Ridge’s mission and patient-centered approach to care #J-18808-Ljbffr
