Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager - $90K-$110K | Growing Organization

A rapidly expanding organization in the San Fernando Valley is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join its team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-growth environment and step into a key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger and month-end close
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Manage and maintain inventory accounting processes
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and support ongoing process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of accounting experience (or 10+ years without a degree)
• Strong experience with general ledger, month-end close, and inventory accounting
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop preferred) and strong Excel skills
• Prior experience overseeing staff is preferred

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
• 100% on-site role in the San Fernando Valley area
• Salary range: $90,000-$110,000
