Associate Veterinarian

Location: Greenville & Hortonville, Wisconsin

Job Type: Full-Time

Setting: Small Animal Private Practice

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

• $100,000 - $130,000 based on experience

Compensation Model:

• Production-based compensation (approximately 20% production)

Benefits Include:

• 401(k) with 3% safe-harbor contribution

• Malpractice insurance covered

• CE allowance of approximately $1,200 annually (flexible based on need)

• Licensing fees and professional dues covered

Schedule

Full-Time:

• 4 days per week (32+ hours)

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Saturday rotation: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM (approximately every 4-5 weeks)

Other Details:

• May work at one or both locations based on need

• Monthly schedules typically provided in advance

• No routine after-hours or on-call duties

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive small animal medical care

• Perform routine surgery and dentistry

• Manage a balanced mix of wellness and sick visits

• Maintain high-quality patient care and client communication

Caseload:

• Approximately 12-18 patients per day

Requirements

Education:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

Licensure:

• Active Wisconsin veterinary license required prior to start

Experience:

• New graduates welcome

• 1-5 years preferred, not required
