Locations: Adams, North Adams, Clarksburg, Pittsfield, West Stockbridge, and Williamstown Pay Rate: $20/hour Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Days, Evenings, and Overnight Shifts Available Contract Length: 13 Weeks with Strong Extension Potential Start Date: ASAP

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a respected Berkshire County organization that provides residential and community-based services to adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. What You'll Be Doing

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll play an important role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and successfully within their communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care
• Supporting individuals with achieving personal goals and independence
• Encouraging participation in recreational and community activities
• Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and daily routines
• Providing medication support as directed
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment
• Building positive relationships with residents and team members

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience in human services, behavioral health, or direct care is helpful but not required
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
