The position combines program leadership, project management, and business analysis to deliver modern technology solutions that replace legacy systems, processes, and data capabilities.The Senior Project Manager will lead execution across multiple workstreams using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, timelines, and business outcomes. In this role, you will: Program & Project LeadershipLead complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives, including modernization of applications, processes, and data platformsOwn and manage the integrated program plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decision pointsDrive execution against scope, schedule, and business outcomesDelivery Execution (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)Establish and lead delivery frameworks across teams using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, or hybrid modelsFacilitate core delivery cadences (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, status reporting)Ensure consistent use of delivery artifacts such as backlogs, work plans, and milestone trackingBusiness & Technology AlignmentPartner with business stakeholders and business analysts to elicit, refine, and validate requirementsChallenge current-state processes and drive future-state design aligned to business goalsTranslate business needs into scalable technology and application solutionsStakeholder Management & Executive CommunicationProvide clear, executive-ready updates on status, risks, issues, decisions, and next stepsBuild strong relationships across senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersFacilitate working sessions to drive alignment, decisions, and issue resolutionProgram Governance & Delivery HealthMaintain core project governance tools (RAID logs, dependency tracking, integrated schedules, decision logs)Ensure transparency of delivery health, tradeoffs, and impacts across stakeholdersCoordinate cross-team execution and drive timely issue resolution and escalationImplementation & Go-Live ReadinessLead cutover planning, deployment coordination, and release communicationsEnsure readiness for go-live and oversee post-implementation stabilization (hypercare)Change LeadershipSupport organizational change management efforts across all workstreamsAct as a change agent, driving adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working Who You Are:10+ years of experience in IT or technology-related project/program managementProven leadership of large-scale, multi-year transformation programs involving legacy modernizationExperience managing cross-functional teams across business, IT, and external partnersStrong executive stakeholder management, including delivery of clear, concise communicationsDemonstrated experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologiesProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)Experience with ERP systems and data/BI platformsHands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Azure Boards, Jira, or similar)EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldPMP certification (preferred)Key CompetenciesStrong business process redesign and systems thinking capabilityExcellent communication and executive presenceAbility to influence without authority across diverse teamsAdvanced facilitation and decision-driving skillsStrong leadership and team coordination skillsSelf-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Why This Role Stands Out High-visibility transformation work with direct engagement at the leadership levelOpportunity to modernize core enterprise systems and processesExposure to both business strategy and technology delivery Total Rewards:  We proudly offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being, such as health coverage, wellness programs, 401K company match, self-managed PTO, and other unique incentives that celebrate your accomplishments.
