You will motivate and develop a high‑performance team, share the LEGO® Brand values, and ensure a positive, safety‑first environment. Responsibilities Maximize profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin information. Assist to ensure appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized. Maintain the store graphics system (including pricing) and focus on customer service and sales. Ensure all fixtures are always replenished. Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop the business. Train sales associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines. Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand values. Qualifications Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment. Experience delivering employee training. Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing. Experience with point‑of‑sale automated systems. Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising. Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting at least 30 lbs. Availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of four days; 30 hours of availability must be provided.
