A growing multi-location medical practice is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and help drive continued success across its locations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy multi-location medical practice
• Lead, mentor, and support office staff to ensure a positive and productive workplace
• Monitor practice operations and financial performance
• Help maintain efficient workflows and high standards of patient care
• Partner with physicians and leadership to achieve operational goals
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous medical practice management experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience overseeing practice operations and financial performance
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ophthalmology or optometry practice experience is highly preferred
