You will respond to customer inquiries about orders shipments and our products representing a variety of brands. You will be an integral part of the team by promoting a positive brand image and delivering an exceptional customer responsibilities:Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers to assist with order processing product questions and service inquiries about shipment status item replacements and general multiple order systems websites and CRM systems to research issues and answer a positive spirit can do a spirit image for all our administrative and operational duties as assigned by :Strong verbal and written communication with the expectations of online shopping shipping and return service or retail experience center experience is a critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail personality and ability to connect personally with other people is a Environment:Full time and part time shifts available.
