ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregiving professionals to join their growing team in Towson, MD! Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
• Assist with administering medications  
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands to support daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Document care activities and maintain accurate client records

Requirements:

• Current certification or experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or professional Caregiver
• Valid state certification where applicable (CNA, GNA, Med Tech)
• 2 or more years of Prior home care, assisted living, or healthcare experience required
• Own transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore/Carroll area
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification required
