You'll also partner across the organization to deepen relationships and help grow the branch.Build relationships with new and existing customers through service and proactive outreachIdentify customer needs and recommend deposit, lending, and other financial solutionsProcess teller and platform transactions accurately and efficientlyCollaborate with Univest partners to create a seamless customer experienceSupport branch goals, compliance standards, and day-to-day operationsWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in retail sales, banking, or a customer-facing environmentStrong communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsA detail-oriented mindset and the ability to balance service and sales prioritiesComfort using technology and Microsoft Office toolsPrevious banking experience and NMLS registration are a plusWage Range:The salary for this position starts at $25.00/hrAt Univest, we believe great banking starts with strong relationships, within our teams, with our customers, and across the communities we serve.
