Front Desk Coordinator

Loffler

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Other related duties may be assigned.
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
  • Enforce building entry and safety protocols.
  • Professionally administer all incoming calls and ensure phone calls are redirected to the proper person or department.
  • Log all incoming sales leads into the CRM database.
  • Open and close visitor area (locking doors, turning off lights).
  • Maintain office supply inventory, control costs, and order office supplies as needed.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail according to established guidelines.
  • Arrange catering requests for business lunches, etc. and track monthly catering expenses for the Executive Assistant.
  • Monitor supply needs and process requests using a variety of software programs: PrintVision, Print Audit, FM Audit, Vcare, and ImageWare
  • Process new supply requests or quotes in E-Automate.
  • Processing supply requests from clients on the phone or submitted electronically.
  • Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • In Office Position 5 days per week
  • Professional appearance.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual and Dependable.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Should be customer service driven.
  • Some knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to multi-task.
Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The posted range for this position represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum starting compensation for this role. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
