We are currently seeking a Planning Technician for a full-time position. Please find the details of the role below:

- Pay Rate: $18.24 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Requirements: Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process building, construction, and development permit applications (both manually and electronically).
- Receive and verify supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Calculate and collect various permit fees.
- Manage the front information counter and answer phone calls.
- Provide assistance and information to property owners, contractors, and the general public in person, via phone, and through email.
