Overview Envision Physician Services is seeking a Vice Chief CRNA to join and help lead a dynamic, high‑performing anesthesia care team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced CRNA ready to take on a leadership role while maintaining clinical practice in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities Partner with the Chief CRNA and medical leadership to oversee clinical operations, quality initiatives, scheduling, and team development. Maintain hands‑on clinical practice while contributing to strategic and operational decision‑making. Work alongside a team of highly skilled anesthesiologists and APPs in a collaborative care model. Play a key role in mentoring staff, onboarding new clinicians, and driving professional development. Lead an anesthesia care team including 17 physicians and 13 APPs (no cardiac anesthesia or pediatrics). Case Mix and Clinical Environment B&B, OB, EP/TEE, Neuro/IR, Endoscopy. 125–150 OB anesthetics per month. 9 ORs, 2 OB ORs, Endo, EP and IR suites. ACGME Residency Program.
