Scrum Master Snowflake Data EngineeringLocation Hartford CT Onsite Role SummaryLooking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Snowflake Data Engineering Data Warehousing and Cloud Data Modernization projects The candidate will drive Agile delivery manage stakeholders and ensure successful execution of data initiativesKey ResponsibilitiesLead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Standups Reviews and RetrospectivesRemove impediments and manage risks dependencies and escalationsWork closely with Product Owners Architects Data Engineers and business stakeholdersTrack Agile metrics and ensure ontime deliveryDrive continuous improvement and Agile best practicesProvide regular project status and stakeholder communicationRequired Skills1115 years of overall IT experience with 5 years as a Scrum MasterStrong expertise in Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologiesExperience delivering Snowflake Data Warehouse Data Lake ETLELT and Data Migration projectsGood understanding of Snowflake architecture data modeling and cloud platforms AWSAzureHandson experience with Jira Azure DevOps or similar Agile toolsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferredCSM PSM SAFe Scrum Master certificationExperience in Data Modernization and Cloud Migration programsInsurance domain experience is a plusMust Have Agile Scrum Stakeholder Management Snowflake Data EngineeringData Warehouse Projects SAFe Jira
