Quality Inspectors

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Quality Inspectors for our client in the automotive industry located in Simpsonville, SC!!!


Start date: ASAP!


Shift days: Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays

• Shift hours:
• 1st 7am- 3:30pm

• 1st 6am-6pm
• 2nd 6pm-6am

• The inspector will be cleaning rust off parts and putting labels on.
• Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials to leadership
• Conduct in-process and final inspections throughout production, including pre/post assembly or welding stages
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications
• Record inspection results in systems, logs, or quality reports accurately
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
• Pre-employment Drug Screen is mandatory
• A great attitude/attendance are a priority
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
