Position Details:
- Certification Requirement:ASCP/AMT certification as a generalist. Micro experience it is a plus but not required.
- Educational Background:Associates or Bachelors Degree in Science or equivalent.
- Technical Expertise:Proficient in working across various benches, including Hemo, Micro, PCR, BB CVC, Blood Gases, and Cross-matching.
- Team Collaboration:A team player capable of seamlessly transitioning between different roles within the laboratory.
- Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
