Pay Rate: $280,000.00 - $445,000.00

A well-established multi-specialty group located in the Midwest is in search of a dedicated CRNA to become part of its Ambulatory Surgery Center, available for either full-time or part-time roles. This position promotes an exceptional work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule, no on-call duties, and the potential for total compensation exceeding $360K.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Surgery Center – weekdays only, with no on-call requirements
• Case mix includes Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Urology, Oral Surgery, Podiatry, and Plastics
• Opportunity to concentrate on preferred case types aligned with your interests
• Options for 1099 or W-2 employment | Flexible full-time or part-time schedules
• Utilization of Epic EMR

Compensation Options:

• 1099: Hourly rates starting at $250/hour
• W-2: Base salary up to $280,000 , inclusive of 10 weeks off per year
• Enjoy the time off or opt to work during some of those weeks at a competitive hourly rate in addition to your base salary
• Total income potential exceeding $360K+
