About the Opportunity Location: Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice, Defiance, OH Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible scheduling available) Patient Volume: Average of 22-28 patients per day Diverse Patient Population: 25% pediatrics, 50% adults, 25% geriatrics Call Schedule: Shared with current providers Why Join Us?
