Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Associate for a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company in Goodlettsville, TN. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $18.00/hr during the assignment, increasing to $19.00/hr upon permanent hire. In this role, you will pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets, pack and prepare outbound shipments, and receive and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with no weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets throughout the warehouse.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and order details before staging products for outbound shipment.
• Pack, label, wrap, and generate shipping documentation using SAP or a comparable warehouse management system (WMS).
• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Label and store received inventory in assigned warehouse locations and maintain accurate system records.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits, and operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years of recent warehouse experience in order picking, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read and follow pick tickets, purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Experience using SAP or a warehouse management system (WMS) for order processing and inventory transactions.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation including bills of lading (BOL), packing slips, and carrier coordination.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, or stockroom organization.
• Previous experience with order picking, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the shift.
• Ability to work on your feet at a fast pace for the duration of the shift.
• Must provide and wear steel-toe boots.
• Drug screen required.
• Background check required.
