SLP CFY - Travel Contract

We’re looking for a CFY Speech Language Pathologist to step in where they’re needed most. Minimum Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association

Assignment Details:

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• 32-40 hours/week
• Documentation is Rehab Optima/Net Health
