Global Project Controls Director: Mega Capital Programs

Lilly seeks an accomplished Project Controls Leader to manage mega-capital programs globally from concept to closeout. You will build and lead high-performing teams, align project controls with business goals, and ensure stringent cost, schedule, and risk management across the portfolio. You will engage senior leaders, drive governance, and deliver transparent reporting using SAP, Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, and Power BI.
