We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).The Senior Team Manager, Finance will own financial planning and analysis for Wealth Advisory offerings, including Schwab Wealth Advisory and Schwab Advisor Network, and lead a team responsible for forecasting, analytics, financial modeling, and complex business cases. You will turn financial and operational data into clear recommendations that help senior leaders understand business performance, evaluate strategic alternatives, and make informed decisions that support sustainable growth.Success requires strong business judgment, disciplined problem solving, and the ability to simplify complex findings for varied audiences. Working across Wealth Advisory Finance, Central Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Product Management, you will strengthen driver-based planning, improve reporting and forecasting processes, and develop a high-performing team that serves as a trusted financial partner.What you haveRequired qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field7+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis leadership experience, including responsibility for driving financial outcomes at the profit-and-loss levelExperience analyzing financial and operational drivers, developing forward-looking assumptions, and explaining material changes in business performanceExperience using SQL, Python, data-querying tools, financial systems, and driver-based financial modelsDemonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing finance professionalsPreferred qualificationsMaster of Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant certification, Chartered Financial Analyst designation, or related advanced education or professional trainingAbility to apply Strategic Thinking, Business Analytics, and Decision Making to evaluate opportunities and advise senior leadersAbility to use Influencing Others and Executive Presence to build trust, present recommendations, and respectfully challenge established approachesDemonstrated Cross-Functional Collaboration with finance, sales, strategy, product management, and other business partnersAbility to apply Problem Solving and Process Improvement to strengthen forecasting, reporting, and financial modelingStrong Communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, audience-focused messagesDemonstrated Adaptability when responding to shifting priorities, emerging business trends, and new informationIn addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-126564Posted Date: 11 hours ago(9/8/2026 10:47 AM)Category: Finance & AccountingSalary Range: USD $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 / YearApplication deadline: 9/23/2026Position Type: Full time
