Job Details Work variable day and night shifts 36 guaranteed hours per week Every other weekend and every other holiday required Float to other units as needed including medical surgical unit Facility float to Rhinelander, Eagle River and Tomahawk locations (floating can be prescheduled) Work in 10-bed ICU and intermediate care unit; may float to 34-bed medical surgical unit Patient ratios: 1:2 in ICU, 1:3-1:4 for IMC, 1:5-1:6 for medical surgical No on-call or call back requirements Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS NIHSS certification preferred Minimum 2 years experience required, one travel assignment preferred but not required EPIC charting experience preferred Any color scrubs allowed Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility During flu season, unvaccinated staff required to wear masks at all times per facility policy Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week Facility This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services including intensive care, intermediate care, and medical surgical units.
