Job TitleEssential Job FunctionsMaintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concernPerforms all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values.Drives vehicles (e.g. truck, van, forklift, etc.) for the purpose of transporting orders and materials to designated sites.Loads and unloads delivery vehicles for the purpose of receiving stock and/or filling orders for transport.Cleans and maintains warehouse and trucks in order to keep a safe and sanitary work area and ensure safe operation of vehicles.Prepares, packages, and inspects orders to meet delivery requirements.Participates in physical inventory counts to verify stock and identify losses.Maintains documentations of warehouse activities and provides a reliable source of inventory data.Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Possession of current valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.Ability to complete and pass Smith Driver Training within introductory employment period.Basic inventory knowledge preferred.Travel Requirements: 0% - 25%Work ConditionsPosition is based out of a branch or site location.Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphereInteraction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnelWorking in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levelsMust be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protectionMay be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changesMay be required to travel out of town on a periodic basisPhysical and Mental RequirementsAbility to lift and carry 75 poundsMust be able to walk and climb except when performing non-field dutiesSufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectivelySufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodations, which permits employee to investigationsSufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which permit the employee to perform routine office dutiesSufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locationsSufficient personal mobility to maneuver within a refinery or plant environment to include the ability to gain access to elevated platforms via ladders and stairwellsAbility to maintain focus and multitask effectivelyExcellent communication skillsAdditional Job DescriptionAnticipated compensation for this role is $39,520.00 – $47,840.00 per year plus benefits. Note: Disclosure as required by Cal. Lab. Code § 432.3 of the pay range for this role when being hired into our locations in California. Team reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
