We are in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician who is dedicated to providing outstanding care within a supportive team atmosphere. Our OB/GYN Department includes 20 OB/GYNs, 2 MFMs, 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians, and 15 Certified Nurse Midwives, forming a cohesive and efficient prenatal care team.

Position Overview:

• Flexible options for part-time or full-time work (0.6 - 1.0 FTE)

• Supportive team comprising 8 skilled sonographers, nurses, and other medical staff

• Daily patient load of 21 - 25 individuals in the clinic

• Shared on-call responsibilities with two other MFM physicians (primarily telephone consultations)

• MFM physicians are not required to handle deliveries

• Compensation follows a production-based model

• New hires receive a one-year guaranteed salary of $524,000, with considerable potential for increased earnings

• Starting bonus of up to $35,000 available

• Opportunity for a two-year partnership track with a reasonable buy-in
