Program Manager, Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Operations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will support operational planning and coordination across product-facing teams, helping ensure programs, priorities, and executional workflows stay aligned. The Program Manager will work closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, engineering partners, and administrative support to maintain visibility into objectives and drive cross-functional organization-wide communication. This position is well suited for someone who can strengthen operating models, track progress against goals, and improve how teams plan and work together in a fast-moving environment.
