The New York office is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of experience in M&A transactions, preferably including private equity and other equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, licensing, and partnership issues. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials; strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery; and second-chair hearing/trial preferred. Must be proficient at complex legal drafting. Prior law firm experience and Florida Bar required. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Professional-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both languages is required to serve our clients. Trust & Estates Attorney - Multiple Office Locations - 0315 Trust & Estates Attorney is needed in any of our Florida offices.
