Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Home Appliance Technician to join our team in Cambridge, MA. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of home appliances, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance issues and repair options. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances are functioning optimally. Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair is a plus. Proven experience as a home appliance technician or similar role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
