Job Title
Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed. Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate. And a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor. Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa. Document the actions in the OnBase system.
