Senior Fund Accountant

Job Title
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for private equity funds and co-investment entities.
- Interact with limited partners and support their needs in reports and information.
- Work with deal team and legal department on the funds flow, deal structure and closing documents.
- Assist in the yearly audit of the Firm's funds and tax obligations.
- Manage projects and workflow with Trivest's outsourced accounting support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years' experience in public/private accounting in the private equity (preferred)
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills
- Ability to multi-task projects, day-to-day work and ad hoc requests that come up
- Allue/AltaRetrun and QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
