Job Details

Job Title: CHEP Pallet Repair Associate
Job Type: Evaluation Hire
Location: Tomah
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Base Pay: $12.50/hour + Incentive Pay
Earning Potential: Top performers earn $300-$600/week in incentive pay.

Pallet Repair Associate Responsibilities

Repair and rebuild damaged wooden pallets
Replace broken pallet boards using hand and power tools
Operate grinders and pneumatic nail guns safely and efficiently
Inspect pallets for quality and structural integrity
Maintain production goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to frequently lift 50-70 lbs.
Comfortable bending, kneeling, standing, walking, and working physically throughout the shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attendance and dependable work history
Prior industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or pallet repair experience is helpful but not required
